Licensed manufacturing facilities (CMO)
Isolation, culture, expansion and cryopreservation of clinical-grade cells, along with sterility, endotoxin and mycoplasma testing and batch release, are performed by manufacturing facilities licensed under the applicable regulations. Separately from a general memorandum of understanding, OCELLBIO concludes a Quality Agreement that fixes in writing the scope of licenses and responsibilities, cell ownership, release authority, temperature excursion criteria, and deviation and recall procedures.
Partner clinics and hospitals
We consolidate cell orders from clinics nationwide and handle collection kit supply, scheduling, cell release, cold-chain records, training and periodic inspections. Hospitals focus on care and administration, while OCELLBIO takes on regulatory response, logistics and documentation.
Research partners
The research institute that inherited the ARVINBIO team carries out non-clinical joint research, media comparison studies, post-thaw viability studies and feasibility testing ahead of product development. Joint research with universities and research institutes also runs through this institute.
Independent governance
OCELLBIO is structured as an independent biotechnology company with capital and operations separated from hospital management support (MSO) companies and clinic networks. Separating clinical revenue from the cell supply business structurally maintains a clear framework for technology valuation and any future IPO review.
This website is intended to introduce OCELLBIO's business. OCELLBIO Inc. was incorporated in August 2026 and is currently building out its headquarters facility; the facility and equipment specifications shown are design-stage figures and will be finalized during construction and verification. Culture, quality testing and batch release of clinical-grade cells are performed by manufacturing facilities licensed under the applicable regulations, while OCELLBIO is responsible for the storage, logistics and quality documentation of cells handled in sealed condition.
